Current Projects

Carrus San Cubo
Carrus San Cubo, LLC is a holding company that owns rights with respect to a series of clean energy projects. This compelling project could include an opportunity to acquire one of the nation's great ranch properties for private use while also enhancing the land's attractive wildlife, clean energy (wind, hydro, and biofuels), and water resources to produce significant investment returns. The project is located in Nevada.

Birch Creek Ranch
Carrus recently purchased an 8,700 acre ranch in Utah to protect a sensitive winter wildlife area. Like others, this property is being managed using sound scientific principles and deep ecological knowledge while preserving an agricultural heritage.

Brush Creek Ranch
In March 2009, Carrus formed a partnership (Carrus Brush Creek, LLC) to acquire a preferred interest in a spectacular working cattle ranch in Nebraska. Comprising more than 12,000 acres and running over 1,000 cow-calf pairs annually, this property offers excellent hunting and other recreational opportunities in addition to great potential for appreciation.
